Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time
SetupCove works with fulfillment partners to get you the best prices on quality desk and home office gear, which means most items ship from partner warehouses outside the United States. Typical transit time is 7-14 business days after processing, though some items or destinations may take longer, especially around holidays or high-demand periods. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delays
Delivery estimates are our best estimate and not a guarantee. Occasionally customs processing, carrier delays, or weather can push delivery beyond the estimated window. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@setupcove.com and we will look into it.
