Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from SetupCove. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Because delivery can take up to two weeks depending on your location, we start the clock on the delivery date rather than the order date, so you are not shortchanged by shipping time.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and give you return instructions.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@setupcove.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, or if it never arrived at all, contact us and we will cover all costs and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges, if any were paid at checkout, are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Exceptions
Items marked as final sale, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or refund.
