Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times vary depending on where your order ships from:

• Products shipping from US or EU warehouses: 5 to 10 business days
• Products shipping from international warehouses: 10 to 20 business days

Most products in our current catalog ship from international suppliers. The shipping origin for each product is determined by supplier availability at the time of your order.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak shipping periods, due to carrier conditions, or customs processing for international shipments. Setup Cove is not responsible for delays outside our control. Contact us at hello@setupcove.com if your order has not arrived within the estimated window and we will help you resolve it.

Customs and Import Fees

For US customers, we cover all applicable customs and import fees. You will not be charged anything beyond what you paid at checkout.
