We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at Setup Cove.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original components.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@setupcove.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@setupcove.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
